USE OF DATA – SECURITY
The data that are provided to us are only used for clearly specified purposes, or purposes that are covered by your consent. The data collection takes place within the framework of provisions which either support the initiation of contracts or are intended for the performance of a contract that has already been concluded, and which are in accordance with the GDPR. The use of the data for statistical purposes is excluded from this, provided that such data have been anonymised. In case we intend to further process your data for a different purpose, we will make information available to you before this further processing about this other purpose and all the relevant information pursuant to Art 13 2. We have put in place organisational and technical measures in accordance with the state of the art to guarantee the protection of your personal data (protection against misuse both internally and externally, for example by means of firewalls, encryption, access authorisations, etc.)
However, we wish to point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can exhibit security gaps. Seamless protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. We do not accept any liability for the unauthorised access by third parties, unless such misuse was culpably caused by us.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
As a matter of principle we do not make your personal data available to any third parties. However, it might be necessary for the performance of a contract or for legal reasons to forward your data to trustworthy third parties. These can be courts of law or authorities or other third parties involved (including processors working for us). In this case the forwarding of your data will take place exclusively on the basis of the GDPR (on the grounds of the consent you have issued, for the purpose of performance of a contract or for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, etc.).
STORAGE/ERASURE OF DATA
We will store your personal data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. Data can also be stored for purposes of evidence taking account of the limitation periods or for as long as it is possible that claims (liability) might be asserted against us.
